On 12/15/2022, Pocono Mountain Regional Police introduced a new Pocono Mountain Regional Police Foundation (PMRPF) annual donation drive from December 1 2022 through January 31, 2023. This two-month campaign kicks off with a direct mailing of letters throughout the community to area residences, along with web communications featuring the ability to donate online.

On 10/7/2022, Chief Christopher Wagner, Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department, arrested Galvin Dudley, 45 years old, from Henryville PA, on charges of the official Wiretap Act.

On 11/7/2022, the criminal investigations unit of the Pocono Mountain Regional Police began an investigation involving allegations by the Pocono Mountain School District regarding a violation of the Wiretap Act.
